Commitment to Community Safety
Like many other city councillors, my office frequently hears about the growing concerns around community safety. I have been committed to ensuring residents feel safe in their communities and there are a few ways that you can help.
Ward Updates
Update: Flewellyn and Shea
I am disturbed by yet another accident at the intersection of Flewellyn and Shea. I have once again raised this issue with the Mayor’s office and with senior management at the City, demanding that attention be urgently paid to this intersection. It is clear that action has been needed for a long time; this most recent accident is another terrible reminder that a new approach is needed to get things done in Ottawa.

Construction Updates
(Apr 25th) Notice of Fallowfield Road Closure
Fallowfield Road (from Huntley Rd to Munster Rd) will be closed during the daytime from the start of July until the end of August for resurfacing work.
Traffic will be detoured via Flewellyn Rd. Local residential traffic and northbound/southbound traffic on Conley Rd will be maintained at all times.
