This free, confidential, and peer-facilitated support group is for parents and caregivers of youth and young adults (ages 13-25) who are facing mental health or addiction challenges. Offered by Pleo in partnership with Willow Wellness and the Rural Ottawa Youth Mental Health Collective, it's a space to find support, share experiences, and build community.
