The Manotick Legion and 6 Tigers Academy are partnering to offer a practical and interactive self-defence course specifically designed for seniors. Over six weeks, participants will learn valuable skills for staying safe in various situations, ranging from fraud and abuse to physical assault. This inclusive course is open to everyone, regardless of mobility levels, and focuses on real-world safety in a fun environment.
