  • Roadway Resurfacing: Perth Street will be resurfaced between Gamble Drive and the Flowing Creek Bridge, which is about 270 metres east of Shea Road.

  • Sidewalk Widening: Sidewalks will be widened to 2.0 metres where possible, and 1.5 metres in narrower, constrained areas to improve pedestrian safety.

  • Curb Repairs: Work will include repairing curbs and shifting curb locations where necessary.

  • Catch Basin Modifications: Catch basins will be moved or modified as needed to fit the new curbs and sidewalk bulb-outs.

  • When: Construction is planned to start spring 2027 and be completed by fall 2027.
