As the spring planting season arrives, more farm vehicles will be sharing our local roadways. To help keep everyone safe, the Ontario Federation of Agriculture is hosting a virtual information session featuring Corey Poapst, a Transportation Enforcement Officer with the Ministry of Transportation (MTO). This session is designed for both farmers driving equipment and residents commuting on rural roads to ensure a safe season for all.
The presentation will cover important safety topics, including farm vehicle requirements, driver’s licence rules, annual inspections, and Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR).
