The Nepean Rideau Osgoode Community Resource Centre (NROCRC) is hosting a free community workshop for anyone who may struggle during the busy holiday season.

Share experiences and feelings about the holidays.
Discover new ways to get through the season with more peace and less pressure.
Enjoy free refreshments in a supportive environment.
