The Rural Ottawa Youth Mental Health Collective is launching the Rural Youth Mental Health Check-in Survey. This collective involves 13 agencies on a mission to help rural Ottawa youth feel more supported with their mental health. Following up on surveys from 2021 and 2023, this new check-in aims to see if the landscape of support has changed.
This survey is open to rural youth aged 12 to 24, as well as parents and caregivers of rural youth. Participation is anonymous and takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
Youth participants have a chance to win 1 of 30 gift cards valued at $50. Please note that gift card entries are limited to one per person and parents or caregivers are excluded from the giveaway.
