Join the Ottawa Wildflower Seed Library (OWSL) for a free native seed giveaway! This grassroots organization is dedicated to promoting native plants to provide food and habitats for bees, butterflies, birds, and other wildlife. This is a fantastic opportunity to:

• Learn about the benefits of native plant gardening.

• Take in a live winter sowing demonstration.

• Pick up free native seeds for your own garden (the OWSL catalogue features over 300 species!).

How to Join: This is a free drop-in event. All are welcome!

Can't make it to the event? Online seed orders will open on December 26, 2025, on the OWSL website, and they will mail you seeds for free.
