Pleo, Willow Wellness, and the Rural Ottawa Youth Mental Health Collective are hosting a free drop-in parent support group in Richmond. This group is open to parents and caregivers of children and young adults ages 13 to 25 who are dealing with mental health or addiction challenges. Run by Pleo Family Peer Supporters, the sessions provide a safe, confidential space where families can connect, learn from one another, and share helpful community resources.
