Buddy Check Coffee at the Manotick Legion


The Manotick Legion invites local veterans and active-duty members to Buddy Check Coffee, a recurring social gathering designed for relaxation and connection. This event provides a safe, supportive space for those who have served to enjoy conversation and camaraderie among peers.

  • Date: every second Wednesday

    • Enjoy free coffee and pastries generously provided by Morning Owl Manotick on the following dates:

  • Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Important Note: This event is exclusively for Veterans, serving Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), and RCMP members. To maintain a comfortable environment for all attendees, including those with service-related injuries, those who have not served will be politely excused.
