The Council on Aging of Ottawa is offering a 55 Alive Driver Refresher course in Richmond to help older drivers stay safe, confident, and independent behind the wheel. Designed for drivers aged 55 and older, this course provides a friendly, relaxed setting to refresh driving skills, review updated traffic laws and vehicle technology, and discuss common driving questions.
