Youth Mental Health Group

The Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre is hosting a Youth Mental Health Group this spring at the Richmond Library. This free program is designed for youth ages 13–19 to learn practical coping skills for managing anxiety and stress in a supportive environment. Over several weeks, participants will explore topics like emotional regulation, mindfulness, and healthy communication.

  • Time: 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
